Text Box: A Product of Mail Control Systems, LLC Text Box: xTMS-Mail is suite of  products tailored to requirements specific to the management of Mail Centers as identified by Datamation  Systems, Inc. a  recognized leader in the development and distribution of mail and receiving systems for the mailing industry.   xTMS-MVT (Mail Volume Tracking) is one of the modules within the xTMS suite. Its purpose is to capture detailed information of corporate mail pickup quantities.  This information is used for printing Daily Volume Reports and advanced Mail Center Metrics.   xTMS-MVT performs 3 different functions: · Background Data Maintenance · Data Capture with PDAs · Management Reports and Statistical Metrics     Text Box: Background Data Maintenance: · Interface to external database as required · Setup company information · Setup and maintain authorized system users and PDA clerks · Establish and enforce user privileges · Specify pickup areas and produce barcode location tags · Specify types of items to be tracked and produce barcode labels · Organize and monitor pickups and deliveries .   Text Box: Data Capture with Barcode PDAs: · Auto-Synchronize PDAs to get current list of valid clerks · Data capture sequence: à  Login à  Scan Location Tag à Scan Item Type (e.g. Bin) à Count items and  enter (slide counter) à Repeat for all items at a given location à Repeat for all locations in run à Auto Date//Time stamp for each successive transaction à Auto-Synchronize PDA to upload run data · Auto-reset for next run Text Box: Reports and Stats Metrics: · All Reports and Status can be filtered according to: à Date  Range à Locations (e.g. floors) à Item Types (e.g. bins) à Clerks · Standard Reports: à Hourly Pickups by Date and Floors à Hourly Pickups by Clerks, Dates and Floors à Pickup Productivity by Clerks with Metrics à Run Durations by Clerks à Comparative Average Counts per Minute · Standard Graphical Stats:    Counts by Clerks and Dates         Daily Volume Trend         Time Lines   Text Box: For additional information contact: Datamation Systems, Inc. http://www.pc-security.com
