With MTS, you
have a single system that tracks your organization’s internal movement of
packages, assists users in the delivery and pickup process and provides a
verifiable audit trail with up-to-the-minute tracking and productivity
reports. MTS is currently used by many of the most prominent financial,
health and technology companies in the United States.
PRODUCTIVITY WITH MTS
MTS uses the latest
in client/server technology, permitting an organization to manage
thousands of transactions. Unlike earlier systems, MTS does not need to be
archived on a regular basis, giving the users immediate access to current
and historical transactions. In addition, users can quickly view status
reports, reconcile deliveries for end of day closing and print volume
reports.

Uses Pervasive SQL for true client/server processing

SIGNATURE
CAPTURE OPTION
MTS incorporates portable delivery
scanners, such as the Symbol SPT1800 Palm Pilot, for recording items and
capturing delivery signatures. A mail center using these scanners in
conjunction with a desktop application can quickly manage thousands of
incoming packages. Several clients use the SPT1800 to record deliveries at
the dock, select the recipient and perform
the delivery with
signature. This provides a paperless system with the ability to store and
print signatures when needed for proof of delivery. Once all deliveries
are made, the information is downloaded to the desktop and the information
made available to other users.
