Our clients often ask us to help them improve the way
employee records are transferred to the mail center. If you have
experience with tracking systems and other applications that use employee
name, address and other information, you know first hand how difficult it
is to keep the information current. We have been able to equip our
clients that use our
tracking
programs to take standard HR employee files, append the specific
information needed by the mail center (such as delivery groups for
printing a sorted manifest or uploading to a Palm device, telephone
extensions, cost centers, etc.) and automatically add it to the tracking
program. We can even give you the ability to control the combination of
building and floors which make up a specific delivery grouping.
When you update records this way, you can use the most
up-to-date data available to your organization. You can stop doing
wasteful updates that are always behind.
We have found that a small investment in an automated HR
import module can save a mail center money, improve efficiency and reduce
errors with outdated information. A system like this also lets you export
information to other departments which may need the improved employee
records.
And it does this without compromising sensitive information.
Most of the programs we implement are specific to the
needs of the client. We can address almost any type of HR database
and incorporate into any of the tracking systems we offer. If you
are not familiar with our tracking systems, we have excellent overviews on
this site for
MTS,
XTMS and
Wits.
If you would like information on these import applications or any of the
asset and accountable mail systems we provide,
feel free to drop us an
e-mail
or give us a
call.
