This sophisticated, versatile machine reads all types of machine printed and hand written mail. The machine processing speed is 30,000 pieces per hour. The Tritek 88-5's vacuum feeder ensures consistent mail feed. Letter mail up to 1/4 inch thick is efficiently processed. The Tritek 88-5 uses advanced OCR and mail processing software. Our software provides real-time scanning, printing and sorting capabilities. It also allows users to customize sort plans. Additionally, the user can specify which software programs are used to sort upon (barcode, OCR, etc.), how the programs are used to select destination bins (including database lookups) as well as specifying into which of up to 256 bins mail is sorted to.
